Guizhou Antaeus renewable resources technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2011 which invested by Beijing Antai State Investment Co., Ltd. Located in the Shuangqiao industrial park, Yuping County, Tongren, Guizhou Province. Antaeus is planning a total investment of 3.0 billion yuan, Which 2.4 billion yuan in fixed assets, and 600 million yuan in current assets, this project is planning to divided into three steps, when it completed, which can deal with 500, 000 tons of waste tires, rubber, plastic, glass, etc., a year. Which will became the first on processing capacity in China, the annual total sales will up to 40 billion yuan, and 350 million yuan of tax can be realized.

The phase I project started in May 2012, now the construction has been basically completed and put into production. Including built ten fine carbon black production lines to produce 20, 000 tons of fine carbon black; Three automatic powder production lines, can produce powder 50, 000 tons, 10, 000 tons of steel wire; Rubber flooring, plastic runway production lines to produce plastic flooring, can produce runway 400, 000 square meters. Its technology is advanced among the domestic industry, and highest capacity in the country. Phase II commenced in May 2013, the annual output of 200, 000 tons of construction reclaimed rubber production line ( tire reclaimed rubber, butyl reclaimed rubber, EPDM reclaimed rubber, latex reclaimed rubber, reclaimed rubber NBR ) and the use of recycled rubber production of civilian mine conveyor belt, the force inside the tire, low tire, fine carbon black, activated carbon, color master batch, tire mats, rubber flooring, plastic runway production base. Under the strong support of Yuping county government and leaders, it worked smoothly on land acquisition, field level and plant construction work. Currently, the land has been basically completed, and planned demonstration plant has been completed, the field level has completed 250, 000 square meters, the plant completed a total of 120, 000 square meters, the workshop production facilities have been partially completed order, water, electricity, roads and other ancillary works construction is being ordered. All expect to be completed in the first half of 2014 production. Phase III is in the planning and designing, it is expecting to start in July 2014, and complete by the end of 2015.
