Zhoushan Foreign Trade and Economy Corp., Ltd. is a comprehensive foreign trade company integrating process and business. Zhoushan City, in which our company is located, is a newly developing harbor-sightseeing city, owning the biggest fishing ground in China, named Zhoushan Fishing Ground, which enjoys equal fame with Newfoundland Fishing Ground, Kuril'skije-ova Fishing Ground in Russia, and Peru Fishing Ground.

As preparing for our country entering into the WTO, in March of this year, we annexed two of seafood and light-industrial products' import and export companies in Zhoushan-Zhoushan Import and Export Changyun Co. and Zhoushan Import and Export Light Industry and Textile Co. We'll develop our foreign business in two threads in the future on the above solid base, and advance forward to the ultimate aim of becoming a major international seafood & light-industrial and textile products trader.

We're planning a couple of joint-venture projects for building seafood and light-industrial products process-bases, and will bear fruit in one year or two. At present, we jointly bought a seafood process plant with Zhoushan Ocean Fishery Group Corp. The combination of different resources in this venture will fulfill our dream of becoming one of the largest international seafood supplier. We trust that to carry out the venture projects will guide us into international prominence in the foreseeable future.

Our country entering into WTO will provide us a more convenient way to develop international business.
