The ZNSHINE Group
The ZNSHINE Group was established in Jintan in 1988, China. Under the brand BRIGHTMAX of the company Zhongshan Zhengxin Lamp Decorating Co., Ltd high-class glass products and illuminants for the business and industry illumination are produced. In 2006 the production of mono crystalline silicon-ingots and silicon wafers was begun until 2007 the company ZNSHINE PV-Tech Co., Ltd was grounded which has specialized in the production of solar cells and solar modules. Since then the solar modules have been distributed worldwide under the brand ZNSHINE SOLAR. In 2008 the first foreign branch was established. In the following years further branches ensued in the USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Italy and for a short time in Spain.
With an annual turnover of 200 Mio US-$ and over 1.000 employees in whole the world the ZNSHINE group is still a family company.
Mr. Guifen Wang and his son William Wang lead the operative business of the group and the unique national associations.
With an annual production of actual over 500 megawatt the initial public offering will occur in 2013 in Shanghai.
