Our production are available in fireclay and a variety of alumina levels which range from 40% to 80% to meet our customers expectation for clean steel work.

Normally, we regulate 3 inspection procedures:

1)Dimensional and surface measurement and inspection on Semi-final product after dry pressing.

2)Surface inspection when products are discharged from our kiln wagon.

3)Before shipment, the final inspection and test on tolerance, surface slag and crack, bulk density, porosity etc shall be performed.

Only those that go through these 3 inspection procedure successfully are allowed to be dispatched to customers.
