Alphatec Die & Mould (Shanghai) Co., is a single-foreign-investor enterprise specializing in designing and manufacturing injection / foaming moulds for Automobile, Home Appliance, Me-dical Equipment etc. Plastic parts production can be provided in the company.

Alphatec(Japan), our mother company, has successfully been one of nominated moulding makers of TOYOTA(Japan) supplying plastic sub-assembly parts and moulds for long time an-d it has rich experience in mould-making especially for Automobile injection moulds.

The company has two factories: one is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang where mould industry is the strongest in China and the other is in Wuxi, Jiangsu. There are 26 moulding technicians including some Japanese engineers being engaged in molding R&D and more than 150 skil-led molders working in our factories. By using of CAD/CAM/CAE system as the development to-ols, over 300 sets of big and median-sized moulds can be produced annually. The company s-hares resource and has mutual supplement with its mother company Alphatec(Japan) in deve-loping, designing, manufacturing, marketing and service systems to provide the best service for customers.

The main customers of the company are: TOYOTA, HONDA, NISSAN, SAMSUNG, PANAS-ONIC, SHARP, MITSUBISHI, FUJITSU, ELECTROLUX, HISENSE-HITACHI etc. The mould prod-ucts have been exported to Japan, France, Italy, Belgium and many other countries. The comp-any has set up a long-term business relationship with TOYOTA TFTM, Tianjing supplying TFTM vehicle moulds and plastic parts for VIOS model. Dozens of injection moulds and injection pro-ducts have be supplied to Japanese automobile parts suppliers.
