Zhuhai Bit Instrument Co., Ltd, established in 2005, is located in the beautiful coastal city of Zhuhai. The workshop occupies 1400 squre metres, and now we have got over 30 employees who are well trained through years of the fine works. Our products have been widely used by over 30 companies within China.

We are an expert in designing, manufacturing vairously ABS related chassis, case or enclosure for Medical or Beauty Treatment equipment. We manufacture chassis, enclosure or cases by means of plastic vacuum suction, 3-D DNC machine and fine hand-made procedures. The production engineering refines to be advanced, speedy, low cost and dependable. We can produce satisfactory cases for our customers according to a sample, a blueprint, an imagination or just some concept from our customers. The advantage of this is: It is very suitible for medium to small quantity production, or trail-product production, by this means, you can save lot of money and valuable time from investing die cast moulding.

At the frist stage, we utilize CAD, PRO/E to design our products, next we will send it to be cut and formed by digital controled carving machine ensuring the strict machining requirement; Then our experienced engineers will get these materials and make the pieces into a chassis form, by hand, very carefully. After this, the chassis form will be spry-painted by high class paint, two or three times according to the requirement of the surface quality or appearance. Finaly, our QC will inspect each of the Product and issue a certificate to it, before shipping to our customers. Besides this fine hand-made method, we also utilize vacuum suction technic to produce batch ABS plastic products.
