We have more than 40 experienced, well- performance design talent, senior Manufacture technicians, commissioning and service engineer. During the cooperation with Alcoa, independent innovation, developed the 4th generation aluminium casting shell new material: ZTGT-2100.
It has been specially smelted, forged and heat treated, each grinding cycle of The thermal fatigue crack ( Be common called: Crack) time much later than original material: 32Cr3Mo1V, so it helps to increase the aluminium sheet production output.
Our Technicians improved the heat treatment process for casting shell, the hardness layer harder than the market product, the shell hardness more uniform, it is more easy to control the sheet shape.
Our technicians strictly control the whole manufacturing process for the shell, with the end users' reasonable suggestion and shell manufacturing process, improved and completed, so our shell quality are good and stable. Our shell gains better mechanical properties, it can improve the quality of aluminium sheet.
