Established in 1991, Jiangsu Zhenda Steel Tube Group Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of seamless steel tubes. The group company consists of 8 subsidiary companies, which are Wuxi Zhenda Steel Tube Manufacturing Company, Wuxi Zhenda Special Steel Manufacturing Company, Wuhan Boiler Group New Accessory Company, Wuxi Zhenda Chrome Steel Manufacturing Company, Huai'an Zhenda Steel Tube Manufacturing Company, and Jiadeli Transportation Company.

After over 10 years construction and development, the annual output has reached 500, 000 metric tons. Therefore, our group has been taking the leading position in the cold-drawn seamless field in China.

Meanwhile, we have been the director of National Steel Tube Association since the beginning of 2005, and are able to produce seamless steel tubes with specifications of OD 8 to 325mm (1/8'-12'), and the wall thickness of S1-25mm. Specifically, the products include seamless steel for construction, fluid transportation, high-middle-low pressure boiler, petroleum cracking, high-pressure seamless steel tubes for chemical fertilizer equipment, acid dew point corrosion, and so forth.

We also supply high-carbon chromium bearing steel, cold-drawn/rolled fine seamless steel tube, cold drawn seamless tube of special shapes; API standard serial oil country tube, ASME standard serial seamless tube, engine tubing seamless steel, cold-drawn whorl seamless steel tubes, and various alloy steel.

Focusing on good service, strong technique as well as market competence, the monthly output of high pressure boiler has reached 12, 000 metric tons. We are providing products to large boiler manufacturers, such as Ha'erbing Boiler, Shanghai Boiler, Dong Boiler, Wuhan Boiler and Beijing Bawei, which account for 30% domestic market of seamless steel.

Especially, our 25m extra long boiler tube is used in 9E, 9F heat recovery boilers, and the SA-213 T12 & SA-213 T22 steel tubes are used in utility boilers in supercritical unit. Our products and credit are approved and welcomed by customers both domestically and internationally.

Our products are registered with the trademark "Haoren", which is the famous one in Jiangsu Province. Seamless high pressure boiler steel tube was honored the title of "Gold Cup" by the National Steel Industrial Association for its good quality. Additionally, our Board Chairman, Chen Weiliang, is also one of the "Top Ten Young Entrepreneur in Wuxi".

In early 2005, USD37, 000, 000 was invested by the group to build a prodcution base of cold-drawn seamless steel tubes, with annual production capacity of 400, 000 metric tons, and the total output achieving 500, 000 metric tons. The specifications are as follows:
1) Outside diameter: 6'-12'
2) Wall thickness: S5 - 25mm
3) Annual output: 500, 000 metric tons, among which: 6' series, 100, 000 metric tons; 10' series, 150, 000 metric tons; 12'series, 150, 000 metric tons.
8'-10' series was launched in October, 2005, and 12' is to be launched in April 2006.
