Zhangjiagang FTZ Libaite Steel Products Co., Ltd., established on Oct. 20th, 2006, is located at No. 55, Shanghai Rd., Free Trade Zone, Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, P. R. C. Our company is mainly engaged in mechanical equipments manufacturing (includes modular unit, ASU, etc. ), piping, steel components, plastic, FRP products fabrication and self-made products selling as well as related after-sale services with advanced manufacturing equipments, strong technical force and complete testing methods.

Our resources as follows: Phase I workshops occupies 35826.5 m2, of which, 11547.14 m2 is used for vessel & pressure piping fabrication (1800 m2 is arranged for SS products manufacturing). Phase II occupies 68116 m2; Of which, 21975 m2 is used for vessel & pressure piping fabrication (3200 m2 is arranged for SS products manufacturing). Fixed assets of our company is 81 million RMB with registered capital of 12 million USD. There are around 300 personnel employed consisting of 16 various technician, 15 certificated welders, 7 NDE operators (3 ones possessing Level II qualification), 2 phys. & chem. Personnel and 5 specialized inspection & testing staffs. All the said resources can fulfill related requirements of national rules and regulations as well as comply with our producing capacity.

We possess manufacturing equipments for pressure vessel and pipes concerning rigging, metallic shaping & cutting, machining, typical welding, heat treatment inspection & testing, plate sandblasting, bending rolls, shearing, cutting machines and various welding equipments as well as air compressors, totally over 100 sets. Besides, we have prepared dedicated material stock areas, Level I & II welding consumables warehouse, NDE room, physical performance testing room, chemical analysis room, welding testing room, PMI and pressure test fields, etc. With advanced test equipments to ensure relevant quality requirements of pressure vessel & pipes manufacturing.

We have established and perfected the QA/QC system for pressure vessel & pipes manufacturing through preparing QA/QC manuals and related documents with stringent QC requirements in which to ensure quality of products. With this manual, we have enhance effectiveness of management system and safeness of pressure products to fulfill customers' and national requirements as well as provide high-quality comprehensive services.
