Hangzhou Sino-French Chemical Co., Ltd. ( hereafter abbreviated to HSFCC ) , invested by Akzo Nobel International B.V. and Hangzhou Production Industrial Co., Ltd, established in February of 1985, is the first sino-foreign equity joint venture of producing powder coatings and polyester resins in the chemical industry of China. HSFCC had got the certificates of quality management system ISO9000 and environment management system ISO14000.

In addition to the equipment and technology from USA, UK, France, Switzerland and Netherlands, HSFCC introduced advanced monitor instrument, technical and formula from abroad.
