We go to the potential supplier's factory to audit their business licence, export licence, manufacturing and quality control system, managerment system, product development and research ability ect. Take some pictures in their company and send you a detailed supplier assessment report for your decision making. This supplier assessment report templete can be downloaded on page "Factory audit & Assessment". When you try to deal with an unknown supplier, supplier audit and assessment is a MUST before placing your order. It can help you keep away from risky supplier and protect your MONEY. Many oversea buyers lost their hard-earned money, because they did not do this action beforehand.

4) Follow-up your order production, Do during production quality inspection
Follow up your order production and go to the supplier's company to do quality inspection during production to ensure good quality and timely delivery. Randomly pick up some of the products from their production lines, then do a full in-house inspection based on buyer's approved sample, product specifications or detailed requirements. Take some pictures onsite and report you the finding and result. If any defectives products were found, We will report to you right away and follow up the quality correction process until it is solved finally.

5) Do Pre-shipment quality inspection
Before the goods was deliveried from supplier's company, We will go to the supplier's warehouse, randomly pick up some finished products from your order to do a complete quality inspection, then email you the finding with pictures. 6) Do container loading inspection
We will inspect and record the container loading condition onsite in your supplier's factory, report you any finding with pictures.

7) Follow up your order shipping and shippment documents making
Contact the freight forwarder for your goods shipment arrangement. After goods was shipped out, We will cooperate with freight forwarder and your supplier to ensure all of the shippment documents was made and sent to you on time.
