Chongqing yesun mechanical roller Co., Ltd is invested and managed by nationally renowned listed company and a highly experienced management team. It is located in the lidu industrial campus of fu ling district, chong qing, China. The company is currently planning and implementing a 4.64 billion RMB roller project (two stages) which is expected to occupy 1000 acres of land. The first stage of this project involves 300 acre of land and 0.74 billion RMB. By the completion of this phase, annual production of 20 tons of high-quality forging steel rollers, bearing steel, die steel and gas cylinder steel is to be achieved. The estimated turnover and profit & tax are 2 billion and 0.2 billion RMB respectively. The second stage of the project is expected to take another 700 acres of land and 3.9 billion investments. The production, turnover and profit & tax are estimated to be 1.2 million tons, 8 billion yuan and 0.8 billion yuan respectively.

The major construction investments for the first stage include: A steelmaking workshop equipped with an eaf-30t electric arc furnace with eccentric bottom tapping, a lf-50t ladle refining furnace, a vod-50t vacuum refining furnace, and a 10t/12t/15t electroslag remelting furnace; A forging workshop with a maximum forging capacity of 7000t; A mechanical machining workshop with milling, planning, grinding and drilling capabilities. In addition, we also plan to build a 110kv distribution station, an oxygen making station, as well as dust removal and water processing systems.

Once the first stage is completed, the main products will be metallurgy rollers. By then, our company will own a set of advanced processing equipment for smelting, casting, forging, heat processing and machining. Two comprehensive production lines (cast steel, forging steel) for plate roller, large section steel roller bar, linear roller, shaped roller, small cold roller will be formed. In addition, our product portfolio will also include bearing steel, die steel, gear steel, and gas cylinder steel, making the capacity for specialty steel production approach international advanced level. The estimated total production is above 200, 000 tons.
