This machine is suitable for wool, hemp,ramie fibre opening, removing impurity and carding . The wool finished in the former process will be continue processing again . It can make the wool slivering appear curly shape then by metal needle tooth comb repeatedly, remove the short fibre impurities, make fibre fully draft and unbend parallel, finally made into single fiber state and has a certain weight and length of the slivering, supply the drawing process to use.
Main Feature:
Working roller, strip hemp roller bearing design, smooth operation, prolong service life.
Cover shell adopts pneumatic spring-loaded, convenient to operate.
Doffer frequency-inverter regulation, start to stop smoothly, deceleration peace, reduce impact, which is more uniformly line.
