As a national high-tech enterprise, Jiangsu Yangnong Kumho Chemical Co., Ltd. Has been committed to building a first-class technology-based manufacturer of epoxy resins. "Jiangsu Advanced Epoxy Resin Materials Engineering Technology Research Center" and the "Enterprise Technology Certification Center" has been built. 23 full-time technical personnel are in the center, among them there're 6 master's degree holders, 7 senior technical specialists, and 10 medium level technical specialists; The specialities of the staff cover organic synthesis, chemical engineering and fine chemicals, chemical analysis and other disciplines. Covering nearly 1, 000 square meters, the center is equipped with pilot production equipment and various types of experimental, testing and other equipments which values about $3.2 million. Therefore, product development, analysis and testing, the transformation of pilot achievements, and other functions can be carried out.

At the same time, we attach great importance to the introduction and development of advanced technologies. Stable industry-university-research collaboration with institutions like the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, East China University of Science and Technology and others have been built to carry out new product development, key technology research, clean production and utilization of resources, and so on. In recent years, relying on the raw material advantages, the R&D center has carried out researches on five series of liquid epoxy resins, the solvent, the brominated, the halogen-free, and the high-performance, as well as the clean production. 11 national invention patents has been applied, 6 of which have been authorized; 4 projects were selected as municipal or provincial scientific and technological projects; 10 products won the title of "Jiangsu High-Tech Product"
