Incorporated in May 2007, BTC (Xiamen) Co., Ltd is located in Xiamen China, one of the main seaports and airports in China that ensures us to offer convenient and timely transportation for home and abroad customers. Our manufacturing experience can date back to 1998 when we were called Xiamen Chijie Factory, only supplying plastic injection molds at the beginning for several top household appliance manufacturers at local. With more than 12 years of experience and expertise combined with a rolling investment program into equipment and personnel, we have grown up from a humble plastic injection mold factory into a full-service plastic & metal technology solution supplier who has its headquater located at Xiamen Software Park Phase II, and occupies two plant building area of more than 17, 000 square meters and owns several manufacturing facilities, I. E., one injection molding & tooling, one extrusion, one metal stamping, and one plating. As a qualified OEM/ODM business partner with many customers worldwide, BTC is always ready to provide customers one-stop product solution from initial design to final production and delivery.

Our over 50 state-of-the-art, 24-hour-running injection molding machines with clamping force from 65 tons to 780 tons can produce challenging large parts up to 2500 grams, but also can accommodate multi cavities small parts production. Our capability has been expanded but not limited to Design, Tooling, Prototype, Injection Molding, Extrusion, Metal Stamping & CNC, Plating / Epoxy Coating, Ultrasonic Welding, Silk Screen Printing, as well as secondary manufacture and assembly. With in-house tool design and manufacturing facility equipped with veteran engineers and the latest CAD/CAM technology, all the tools are built with customer focus in mind and undergo a rigorous inspection and qualification process before being released to production. Tool repair and maintenance are also supported internally.
