The reason of using best quality accessories to produce strong PHC pile:

The processing of PHC pile producing is complicated, and the PHC pile producers always own strong economic and technical capabilities. The PHC pile producers pay a lot attention to the piles' quality, because each single piles' quality affect with the whole building. So, producers focus attention on the material and accessories. Exept the cement and dinas, the steel products such as the End Plate(flange used on PHC pile), PC bar, and the others are taking taking important role of the PHC pile.

Bellow is our products information:

1. Spun pile End plate also named Joint plate, Flange. Joint plate connect PHC spun pile, and is also an important part of PHC pile when tension. So, the joint plate must be in good quality, if not, will be damage to piles connecting, and also the piles strength. Our factory produce good quality Cold Bending joint plate, and Hot Bending Joint plate, and also best quality Cutting Joint plate. Sizes from OD250mm-OD1200mm. Our company adopted Cold Bending technology to produce the End plate, and purchasing Q235B (Japan standard is SS400) steel belt as material. Cold Bending processing have low waste rate advantage compare to the Cutting End plate (End plate cutting directly from the steel plate). In fact, Cold bending End plate with better physical performance, because when the plate been cold bending, the material of the plate will generate 'work hardening', that is to say, when the steel belt been cold bending, the material will be get 30%-40% more hard than the unprocessed material. And this harden will help the End plate to bear the huge tensile strength. By the way, the low-carbon steel material will be helpful for the welding when two piles being welding connected. So, the Cold Bending End plates' quality is no less than the Plate which Cutting directly from the steel plate, and the Cold bending End plate is far better than Hot bending End plate and Casting plate.

2. Another professional products of our company is PC bar. Prestressed concrete steel bar(PC Bar). PC Bar is another important part of PHC pile, also should be in good quality, if not, the PC bar will be broken when and after Tensioning. Our company supply good quality PC Bar sizes include: Φ 7.1mm, Φ 9.0mm, Φ 10.7mm, Φ 12.6mm. As the PC bar have advantages such as high tenacity, low relaxation, bonding well with the cement, make it using widely in the PHC piles. The processing of making PC bar is complicated, the quality of the wire rod material infect the PC bar, and the technology of the PC bar producer is also important. Some producers' PC bar products get 'delayed cracking' when the PC bar was placed in the warehouse, or during the processing of PHC piles production, some PC bar even get cracked inside the PHC pile when the pile is already produced. Our company's products produced by high quality wire rod, and the products get special pressed during the cold working and heat treatment, which could effectively control the delayed cracking'. The qualified PC bar have great function of the PHC piles' quality.
