We already offer three types of recombinant proteins: Recombinant Carboxypeptidase B, recombinant Trypsin and recombinant Lipase A. Both recombinant Carboxypeptidase B and recombinant Trypsin have no trace of any other enzyme activities or enzyme inhibitors.
Recombinant Lipase A, with excellent enantioselectivity in biocatalytic hydrolysis, can be used in the process of enantioselective hydrolysis of trans-3-(4-methoxyphynyl) glycidic acid methyl ester [(± )-MPGM] to produce (2R, 3S)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl) glycidic acid methyl ester [(-)-MPGM].
