Established in 1953, Henan Leili Machine know as Henan Iron Smithy Machine Factory firstly, which attach to the National Mining department. At first we mainly deal in stone crushing plant, Grinding machinery and mineral processing.

In 1993, the company recombinates as Henan Leili Machinery, and makes an acquisition of Guangzhou Edgar Technology Company in 2007, so that enlarge the research strength.
