Established in 1978 and restructured in 2007, Yantai Haide Construction Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (previously known as Yantai Haide Construction Engineering Machinery Plant) currently has nearly 600 employees including more than 30 engineers, and fixed assets of 41million yuan, with three subsidiaries (Haide Casting, Haide Steel Structure and Haide Construction Engineering).

Haide's main products cover such three series as steel structure (manufacturing and installation), engineering machinery and castings for machine tools, totaling over 50 kinds. It is a processing enterprise integrated with rivet welding, sheet metal, machining, casting and forging, covering various aspects such as engineering machinery, construction machinery, machine tools, automobiles and steel structure. It has the qualifications of Class II for manufacturing steel structure, and that of installation as well as license for safe production. All its three major products (buckets of excavators, castings for machine tools and steel structure) have passed validation of ISO9001 quality management system. In addition to its stable customers in China, its products are also exported to such countries and regions as Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Germany, Belgium, with an annual turnover of two hundred million yuan.
