Xiangshan Friend Rotational Moulding Co., Ltd is a company insist on quality first, innovative thinking, and service to ensure the vitality. It is located in the China mold town-Xianxiang Town. We use perfect circulation industry supporting advantage and industry-leading processing to help you get rapid development. Now we have two CNC machining centers (working travel: 1600× 900mm; 1200× 550mm), two milling machines, several drill machines and lathes and one coordinate machine. There are seven fixed out-sourcing CNC machining centers (the largest working travel: 2100× 1000 mm).
We have many kinds of surface treatment for the mould:
1: Sandblast surface - products surface have a grind sand.
2, shot peening surface - product surface is rough friction, with a strong grain feeling
3: Smooth - products have smooth surface.
4: Mirror - product surface is smooth and bright feeling.
5: Chemical etch processing - product surface has a specific sense of texture.
