The Xian Pump & Valve Plant Co was established in the year 1958 at the Central east city of Xian in the Shaanxi Province of People Republic of China. The company was owned by Government until 2005 and from then it has been changed to a Limited Liability Company with 7 Board of Directors. We are into the manufacturing of industrial pumps and valves where we use exotic metals such as Titanium, Zirconium, Hast Alloy, Monel, Inconel, Nickel etc. We also manufacture the Super Duplex, Duplex Steel and Stainless Steel pumps and valves, but we are more specialized in the manufacturing of special metal pumps and valves. Xian Pump and Valve plant company is an API 610 accredited (11th plan) ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 company which strive for its quality and rich customer satisfaction. Over the years the company has acquired 31 patented products out of which 7 patents were for product innovation.

Our pumps and valves are majorly used in highly corrosive conditions such as in Acid plants, Petrochemical industries (Caustic Soda, Soda Ash, Fertilizers, PTA plants etc). We also manufacture the Titanium Vacuum pump unit which has its applications in industries like Pharmaceuticals, Sugar Manufacturing, Paper and Pulp, Ceramic, Food industry etc where highest level of quality systems are required.

We manufacture Titanium and Zirconium valves in all most all segments (Ball, Butterfly, Plug, Check, Gate, Globe etc) and these assure the highest level of customer satisfaction alongside the best in class pricing when compared with the manufactures in rest of the world. We have developed the Pigging Valve -a patented product- which is widely used in Oil & Gas and acidic industries.

The company owns a foundry production line consisting of consumable electrode vacuum furnace, degassing furnace and solidification furnace which can melt and mould Titanium or Zirconium sponge through foundry technique graphite mould, mold shell or sand mold. Ours is the only production line for special material vacuum foundry in General Machinery industry and the same was rated as the National Outstanding Technical Renovation Project by the Govt of People Republic of China.

The Xian Pump and Valve Plant Co Ltd accounts for 90% of the domestic supply and we exports to countries like Japan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Chad, Chile, Sweden, United Kingdom, South Africa etc.
