Shuyang Xinkaiyang Industrial Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer more than a decade. We can design, develop and produce steel toe-cap, steel plate and composite toe-cap for safety shoes. We have our own factory and several production lines, covers an area of 20000 square meters, with the effort of 86 employees and 15 managers. Our annual production capacity of steel toe-cap is 8 million pairs, as well as steel plate is 12 million pairs and also 3 million pairs for composite toe-cap.

In order to continuously improve product quality, our company introduced the product technology and quality engineers continued to make improvements. It invested RMB 20 million yuan in 2009 conducted a comprehensive upgrade. Now we have high-quality heat treatment equipment, automatic production lines and testing equipment. According to the requirements of the customer's shoe last design of the different steel plate, steel toe-cap and composite toe-cap, the company can be done independently from development to production.

Through the joint efforts of the company, our existing products can meet various kinds of testing standard, such as EN ISO 20345: 2007, EN ISO 12568: 2010 in Europe, ASTM F2412 in USA and CSA-Z195-92 in Canada. All of them are well cognized by our customers.
