With the one-stop service combining with design, manufacture, erection, debugging and personnel training of R6M 2-machine 2-strand billet caster, we can contract for electric furnaces, continuous castings, steel rolling lines of middle- and small-type steelworks and supply maintenance for those equipments.

Since the year of 1999, we have already designed, manufactured and erected R6M 2-machine 2-strand billet casters for Guixin steel-works, Wenrong steel-works, Yingdong steel-works and Suilian steel-works.

The company developed the light type R6M 1-machine 1-strand billet caster successfully to meet the demand of the market in May, 2005. And this result meets some small-type steel-works because it reduces the costs of erection and design from RMB 3, 000, 000 Yuan to 400, 000 Yuan.

The Once- heating Production which was developed, designed, manufactured and erected successfully in October, 2006, was put into use in Guangdong Suilian iron & steel Co., Ltd and reduced its enterprise costs by RMB 80 Yuan per ton steel.
