Inner Mongolia Xinggu Technology Co., Ltd. Is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, production, processing, and sales of new materials. It is a smart manufacturing demonstration factory recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and is a key enterprise in both Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Tongliao City.

Founded on September 8, 2020, the company has a registered capital of RMB 400 million and is headquartered in Industrial Park A, Naiman Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The company produces Oriental crystalline silicon new material, a new type of inorganic non-metallic basic silicon material, which is hailed as the foundational material for the fourth industrial revolution. Currently, its products are sold well throughout China and exported to overseas markets such as Brazil, the United States, India, and Southeast Asian countries including Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

The production processes and equipment used for Oriental crystalline silicon are independently developed by the company. The products range in thickness from 3 to 35 millimeters, with 3-6 millimeters and 25-35 millimeters filling domestic gaps and representing the largest single production line in the world's industry. Made using pioneering and advanced processes, the products feature excellent properties such as environmental friendliness, food-grade contact safety, ease of processing, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, and the ability to be thermally bent into any shape. They can be widely used in smart homes, bathrooms, high-end technology, prefabricated buildings, machinery industries, and other fields.

The raw materials for the products are locally common non-metallic minerals such as sand, limestone, and calcite. Additionally, industrial waste such as fly ash, copper, iron, and kaolin tailings can be partially used as raw materials, fully aligning with the green ecological development concepts of sand fixation, sand prevention, and sand utilization promoted by the country and Naiman Banner.

The company plans to invest RMB 6.5 billion in the Naiman Industrial Park, occupying an area of 2.46 million square meters, to construct six production lines for Oriental crystalline silicon new material in two phases. Currently, Phase I has been commissioned, and Phase II is under construction. The annual production capacity of Phase I is 9 million square meters, achieving an annual output value of approximately RMB 2.5 billion and paying taxes of RMB 250 million.

According to the overall macro plan, in the later stages of the project, the company will introduce additional investment of over RMB 7 billion to construct a deep processing supporting area, a logistics park supporting service area, a trade city, and basic supporting facilities. It will gradually introduce smart homes, decoration and renovation companies, as well as enterprises involved in product design, advertising, and e-commerce, focusing on the upstream and downstream industrial chains of Oriental crystalline silicon new material. After the project is fully completed, the expected annual revenue could reach RMB 20 billion, with taxes paid exceeding RMB 2 billion, while providing over 5, 000 jobs.

Meanwhile, Xinggu Technology has initiated project contacts with various regions across the country and is actively planning the construction of branch factories. The company plans to establish 20 production lines nationwide within five years and then pursue an overall listing.
