Our modern 40, 000 square meters factory is located conveniently to both downtown Shanghai and Pudong International Airport in Fengxian, Qianqiao Industrial Garden Zone near Hangzhou Bay. It is equipped with precision standard and custom-made machinery and equipment, and is staffed by professional engineers, experienced managers and highly trained production and inspection personnel. The Factory's ISO 9001 accreditation and a dedication to continuous product and quality improvement is the key to producing world-class torque products that comply with international standard ISO 6789 and U. S. Standard ASME B107.14-2004.

Our products have been developed in close association with Mr. Jan S. Stasiek of the United States of America, who has over 40 years of proven and successful experience in the field of torque technology. After graduating from the University of California at Los Angeles, Mr. Stasiek held top engineering and managerial positions in leading tool-manufacturing companies including Utica Tool Company, JS Technology, and Danaher Tool Group. He is a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and a former chairman of Hand Tool's Institute's Torque Wrench Standards Committee.
