Beijing W-Tech Electronics Company Limited was established in January 2001. The legal representative of the company is a Chinese overseas graduate in Germany who is now studying for Dr. degree in Germany.

c) Sery number for a lost IC CARD key can easily be deleted so that the lost IC CARD key would no longer be functioned.
