A new technology of spray drying powder making technics, which is used for produce a high accuracy W/Re thermocouple wire, was invested by our senior engineer Mr. Liu Tao who is enjoying the national special allowance. This technology is an exclusive one only belong to our factory. According to the identification and test by the experts, this technology is an original workcraft in the world. The quality of our thermocouple wire represented the world advanced level in the 1990s. It's in conformity with the US standard of ASTME696-84 and a few of them exceed it. The product won the First Class Prize for Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Machinery and Electrical Industry in 1985, the Second Class Prize for National Science and Technology Progress in 1987, the title of new product by State Class in 1993, the Gold Medal in The Sixth China New Technology and New Product Fair in 1994, and the Star Prize for the Science and Technology of the United Nations Invention and Renovation in 1995.

Our factory is an exclusive training center that authorized by the former Metallurgy, and we're one of the professional manufacturer of the W/Re(type-KW) expendable thermocouple. Our products such as W/Re expendable thermocouple and Anti-oxidation W/Re thermocouple can be substituted for the PT/Rh thermocouple used in air.
