Jiangsu Haian Weishi Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. originates from the state-owned Hai'an Forging Machine Factory, which was a backbone forging manufacturer designated by the Ministry of Machinery and was established in 1952.

The company covers an area of 92, 000 square meters which includes production building of over 40, 000 square meters. Located at Hai'an County, north of Nantong, Jiangsu, a coastal city at the lower reaches of Yangtze River, the company boasts advantageous location and easy transporting conditions with the Xinyi-Changxing and Nanjing-Qidong railroads and 204 and 328 national highways, as well as the Yanhai Expressway and Jianghai Expressway.

The company now has 250 employees including over 50 engineers and technicians, passing ISO9001 international quality system certification of. China Classification Society Certification Company. Its products were titled as quality goods due to the positive results in national spot tests of quality for some consecutive years. In 2006, it was awarded by the Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Technical Supervision the "Products of Quality and Credit in Jiangsu Province". At present, the company has been advancing the mechanical equipment manufacturing and hot forging side by side. As for the mechanical equipment, the company has manufactured a series of NC fully-hydraulic die forging hammers, a series of NC free forging hammers, a series of air hammers, a series of forging manipulators, forging equipment and reclaimers, and cold rolling machines, which have been widely applied in industries such as the machine tool, automobile, hardware tool, motorcycle and mining machine.
