Guangzhou Payu Kangda Board Co., Ltd which locates in Guangzhou Panyu, the core of the Pearl River Delta, where the land, sea and air transportation is highly well-suited, is one of the largest integrated enterprise in China specializing in importation and exportation of timber, manufacturing and selling of plywood and engineered wood flooring.

Established in 1982, Kangda Board Company has well developed from a small decorative furniture factory to a large manufacturing base of plywood and solid engineered flooring, covering an area of 80, 000square meters, with 500 employees. With the most advanced equipment from Italy, Germany and Japan, the monthly-output of plywood and solid engineered flooring has reached 15, 000 cubic meters and 60, 000 square meters respectively.

Kangda had passed the ISO 9001: 2000, GB/T19001-2000 Quality System Certification in 2003, and the Environmental Symbol Production Certification in 2004, as well as passing the national accreditation standards CTA supervision in 2005 and FSC/COC Forest Chain of Custody Certification and CE certification in 2007. By adopting the advanced American and German standards, the standards of Kangda's products are higher than the national ones.

To guarantee the quality of every element, the Adler engineered flooring from Kangda is produced with the most advanced production technics and tested by the most exquisite equipment. Before any raw material comes to the plant, it will be strictly checked to make sure the quality is well guaranteed and a quality certification is required. Afterwards, the raw material samples will be sent to the laboratory for the physical and chemical character testing, so are the samples of finished products before warehousing. Finally, an inspection to the randomly-chosen samples is carried out before the delivery of the goods. From March 25th to September 25th of 2005, the Chinese delegation leaded by the Chinese Deputy Prime Minister Wu Yi attended the World Expo in Aichi of Japan, and the Adler flooring from Kangda was chosen to build up the Chinese exhibition hall.

In 2007, Kangda invested tens of millions Yuan for the plant expansion and equipment upgrade in order to enlarge the output(capacity) of plywood. To guarantee production quality, the Japanese high-tech circumrotated-cutter and the advanced German dryer machine have been introduced into the production line. Kangda now has 16 advanced core jointer equipments which use exotic industrial glue to ensure the stability of the product. Kangda is capable to serve the clients individually according to each client's requirement. All the finished products will be strictly tested in its own laboratory and then its samples will be sent to the National Department of quality and technology supervision in order to verify the interior testing results. All products from Kangda accord with the Chinese GB/T9846-2004 standards and the Japanese JAS standards.
