PROCESS DESCRIPTION
1. Automatic Board Feeding
Automatic board feeding machine is consist of vacuum sucker device and conveyor. The operating system adopt computer control, PLC touch screen setup, convenient operation. Automatic suction board, sending plate, board come off, full automation, it is adopts servo motor drive, the action accurate, saves the manpower, reduces the product cost.
2. Two side lamination (Vinyl paper + Pet foil)
This machine is used to laminate the PVC film on the face of gypsum board, and laminate the pet foil on the back of the gypsum board, so we call it double sides lamination machine. This machine also can used for surface lamination processing on plastic door panel, wooden floor, Medium Density Fiberboard, plywood, foam board, ect. This machine is equipped with automatic system of boards feeding, roll unwinding, glue spreading, film feeding, cutting, balancing, deviation-rectifying, heating and dustproof device etc. The major advantage of the machine is can double laminate at the same time (if need also can be single side laminate). The machine is adopt glue spreading on the gypsum board paper, less glue, less labor.

3. Automatic cutting
This machine is used for gypsum board and other board cutting, the technical process is: Board feeding---longitudinal cutting(center cut of the board) ---transversal transport ---transversal cutting(cut board to 8 pieces) ---brush dust --- boards come off.
Transversal cutting and longitudinal cuttting are using 12 mm steel plate; The machine head with board inlet and outlet are using rubber roller conveyor, and the up and down roll take power to make board running more stable. It is equiped with manual transversal adjust function, the cutting machine power is1.5 KW, cutting saw blade is using high alloy saw blade, durable. The greatest advantage: Two times cutting; And equiped with brush device, and after cutting smooth without burr, it is reduced the difficulty of the sealing side. After cutting, the size of board edge and diagonal are in tolerance range. The automatic cutting machine is equipped with electrostatic impulse dust collector, which can effectively absorb off all the dust on the surface of the board.
4. Automatic Sealing
This machine is using PLC control device, cylinder adjustment. The technical process:
Board feeding---dust brush ---longitudinal sealing---transvesal converying---transversal sealing--- board come out.
It is using photoelectric switch, automatic sensor device, when it received signal, the board will automatical converying and sealing, then boards come out.
5. Automatic Packing Shrinking
This working syster is consist of conveyor, packing machine and heat shrinking machine.
Compact structure; Stable performance, simple operation. It is adopted PLC touching screen electric control, easy for the parameter setting. Boards moving adopts photoelectric control, all the action program is accurate and correct. Packaging, sealing, and cutting are automatic complete. After packing, the film shrinking is using infrared heating. The shrinking heating chamber adopts air circulation system to make the indoor temperature uniform and also make the goods film shrinking more reasonable. The speed is adjustable and temperature is automatically control.
This packing machine working fast with high output, can save lots of manpower and material. It is best choice for the ceiling boards packing.
