The manufacturing process begins with the mixing of the raw materials in a batch plant. With the batching system, Weton glass introduced the fully automatic batching system to precisely control the maxing process and requiring minimal labor intervention.

The materials are then fed into a furnace by a conveyor to from liquid glass. Glass furnaces are used for melting the raw material and for transforming these into glass. Fully electrical furnaces is used to improve heating uniformity and melt efficiency and to reduce emissions that is a matter of prime importance in the context of global climate change. Due to this reason, we have introduced fully electrical furnaces in order to be better control the temperatures stability, increased homogeneity, and improved consistency in the melting process. More importantly, adopting such technology can result in more energy saving and achieving lower generation of emissions.

The molten glass leaves the furnace by the forehearth and drops in gobs into the moulds of the forming machine. With this process, we have imported a sophisticated container forming machine form Italy Bottero company to optimize large scale glass production. This forming machine is used extensively and exclusively in producing small perfume bottles.
