Shanghai Pump Manufactured Co., Ltd is founded on the basis of restructured of Shanghai Pump Factory and the merger of its original No. 2 Branch Factory. The Shanghai Pump Factory was founded in 1930, mainly in manufacturing different kinds of pumps, being a key backbone enterprise of the former Ministry of Machinery PRC.

The company absorbs the essence of state-owned enterprise, inheriting the excellent enterprise of The Shanghai Pump Factory, including the technologies from USA, Germany and Japan, own the modern management. It also integrates into one the research, manufacturing, sales and service, is the vice-chairman unit of Chinese Pump Association.
