Financial consulting services:

We provide financial consulting services, including corporate finance and related services such as transactions, merger & acquisition and corporate restructuring. The target clients of this business line are the medium sized listed and unlisted companies in Hong Kong and the PRC.

We will help in the identification and implementation of the most appropriate financing method to meet the finance needs of our clients. It is important that the approach adopted will provide the necessary funding yet avoid the risks that the business cannot afford. We can serve as an adviser to senior management on general financial management matters or as a specialist consultant on execution.

Corporate finance transactions can be in the form of cash or asset injections, mergers & acquisitions, buy-outs or pure fund raising exercises. The finance can be from bank borrowings, syndicated loans, venture fund injections, debt instruments, equity stakes or derivative products. WAG may serve as a financial adviser to the Board, or as a specialist on the project team. Where necessary, WAG can introduce qualified and reputable professionals to provide the technical and lower level support.
