Gugangzhou Nansha International Logistics Park Development Co., Ltd. Was established in June 2009, invested by Guangzhou Nansha International Logistics Co., Ltd. In November 2010, the company was restructured to become a foreign joint venture with Chu Kong Shipping.

NLP oversees investment, construction, operation, and management of the Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Port Zone. By end of 2010, its assets' value was approximately RMB 500 million yuan.

The Free Trade Port of Nansha was approved by State Council on Oct 18, 2008, and satisfied the joint official inspection by national ministries on July 9, 2009. It occupies 7.06 square kilometers, of which, 1.36 are for Export Processing Zone, 1.44 for the logistics park (operated by NLP) and feeders terminals, and 4.26 for Phase I and Phase II of Port of Nansha.

Logistics Park functions: Storage and logistics, external trade, international procurement, distribution and delivery, international transit, testing and after-sales service, merchandise display, and manufacturing. NLP provides you with support services and extension services of these functions.
