Vanco Industries has factories in KAIPING and DONGGUAN, covering an area of 160000 sq. M. We continuously pursue quality and quality service, meeting customer needs, and form a good partnership with customers.

Processing Material
Vanco Industries uses the Silica Sol Casting Dewaxing Precision Casting process to produce many kinds of metal parts, including but not limited to:
Stainless steel: 201, 202, 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 410, 414, 420, 420J2, 430, 440, 440C, 17-4pH, 17-5HP, etc.
Carbon steel castings: A3, Q210, Q215, Q218, Q230, Q235, 20#, 30#, 45#, 50#, 60#, etc.
Alloy steel castings: 20Cr, 30Cr, 40Cr, 50Cr, Cr12, 20CrMo 30CrMo, 40CrMo, 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3Cr13, 4Cr13, 5Cr13, 1Cr17, 4100, 4120, 4130, 4140, 4150, 4160, 12CrMoV, etc.
Customers can also provide processing precision machinery parts.
Production Capacity
Vanco Industries covering an area of 160000 sq. M and has an annual production capacity of 2, 000 tons or 50 million parts, with size ranging from 5 g to 30 KG. The company is equipped with high-end testing equipment, such as atomic emission spectrometry, tensile machine etc. And also equipped with hydraulic presses, stamping and high frequency machine.
Our Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in the management team, technical staffs and engineering R&D team of 40 people, with 180-200 qualified employees with more than ten years of experience, the mold department can specialize in processing and shaping the different intricate shapes of castings.
