Yantai Luhang Carbon Materials Technology Co. Ltd. Is a high-technology enterprise engaged in both research and production. It is one of the main manufactures of carbon/carbon composites materials for aircraft brake discs and carbon/carbon high temperaturestructural products. The company occupies the area of 37, 000 m2, over 50 various kinds of production/test equipments andmore than 80 employees in which 40% are technical personnel. The production capacity is 6000 PCS, 40 tons of carbon/carbonhigh-temperature structural materials and 10 tons of carbon foam heat insulation materials per year.

Our company is developed from Yantai institute of Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Since its foundation, the companyinsists on the research, development and production of carbon/carbon composite materials, and it has realized the developmentfrom pre-research to industrial production. Our carbon discs have been installed on several home-made fighter jets. Meanwhile, weare the pioneer for localization and maintenance of carbon discs used in civil aircraft and qulified by Civil Aviation Administration ofChina to maintenance/repair the discs of airplane B757, A300/A310/A320 and BAe146, etc. The Qualification Test for the project ofcarbon barkes localization of A318/A319/A320 airplane have been accomplished in 2010. The flight test have been accomplishe in2011, and we also got Chinese dometic PMA certification which awarded by CAAC. We have successfully developed various carbonhigh-temperature structural and insulation materials in serial. The products have been used by many relative company in dometicand international.

We have been always taking the quality as the enterprise's life since the foundation. We have established the complete qualityassurance system according to the requirements of GB/T19001-2000, GJB9001B, and the civil aviation regulations CCAR21 andCCAR145 to control the whole process from research/development to service effectively.
