Is controlled by Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), and is a key high-tech enterprise in National Torch Plan specialized in the research and manufacture of bridge construction safety equipment, pipeline safety equipment, energy-efficient equipment, high-strength anti-corrosion special material products, and clean energy storage and transportation equipment.
