Taizhou Minghua Industry & Trade Co., Ltd (referred as MH) is composed by MH lawn mower Branch, Generating sets Branch, and Minghua Gear Company which is the core & main Co. of MH. It was born in 1992, when it was answered to the name of Wenling Minghua Gear Co., Ltd. As a family company, located in Wenling city, Zhejiang province with the fixed assets of RMB 250 million and more than 1300 employees in total, among which are 118 personnel of technicians, engineers, senior engineers, and a senior engineer with professor degree who studied in Australia as well.

1, MH company is specialized in manufacturing gear, synchronizers, transmission Assy, (used for vehicles, tractors, combines, winches etc. )and lawn mowers covering 100, 000 meters of facility area in which there are:
(1)the Foundry workshop making grey casting and ductile casting with the production capacity of 3500 tons per year;

(2)the Forging workshop which possesses of 15 sets of ‘friction screw press with the pressure from 300-1600 tons, 25 sets of single friction press and a set of normalizing furnace line with the capacity of 25000 tons per year to make forging stock;

(3)the Machining workshop in which there are various machines of lathing, milling, planning, drilling, grinding, honing, slotting, punching, broaching, and two sets of vertical broacher, among them are 50 sets of ‘full functional numerical control lathe and more than 100 sets of "general numerical control lathe",

(4)the Gear workshop in which there are 350 sets of machine tool such as gear hobber, gear shaping, gear grinding, gear shaving and spline machine among them are 3 sets of"spline cold flow press mill". one "spline cold rolling mill", 24 sets of YKX3132M "numerical control hobber with high efficiency, 25 sets of "numerical control gear shaper", and 12 sets of numerical control gear shaving machine;

(5)the Heat treatment workshop with 3 sets of multiple electric oven, 2 lines of continuous oven and two sets of vacuum oven for gas cementation, carbonitriding, gas nitriding, quenching, induction quenching, temple;

(6)the gearbox housing machining workshop in which there are 50 sets of machine tool for manufacturing tractor gearbox housing with the capacity of 50000 pieces per year;

(7)the shot peening warehouse.

How to guarantee the products quality: MH is not only ISO9001 certificated (2000 version) but also there are many important inspection facilities and implements in it such as Metallomicroscope, Micro-hardness tester, Spark spectrum analyzer, 3-D measuring machine, Gear composite error tester, 3-D gear measuring machine, Universal optical gauge(measurement error within 1μm, )etc.

2, Minghua Lawn mower branch which is specialized in manufacturing the family lawn mower with the power of 4.4 KW named MH-21 and MH-21A which is the type of automatic walking.

3, Minghua Generating sets Branch which is specialized in assembling small serial of Generating sets covering the power of from 0.65 to 5.5 KW named MH650, MH950, MH6800.
