1>The largest variety of molds
Every year we release 250 to 300 high quality molds per clients' requests, designed for making digital camera, remote controls, mice, telecom devices, toys, Household Appliance, TV Moulds, DVD Player Mould and hi-fi sound systems. Our clients, spanning from Europe, the US, Japan to Korea, are so satisfied with our services that all of them place repeat orders with us.

Our 10, 000-square-meter factory is ISO 9001: 2000-certified and is managed according to TQM management principles. We use software such as Solidworks, Pro/E and AutoCad, equipments such as CNC, three-coordinate measuring tools and electric discharge machines to carry out all services and manufacturing. Each month we turn out 60 40-foot containers of goods (about 42 tons plastic products). And every year we release 300-500 plastic molds.
3>Raw materials sourced from Germany, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Ninety percent of the raw materials we use are sourced from Germany, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. We are strict about the quality of the raw materials we use in our products. Each production process from materials warehousing to order delivery is under stringent control.
4>Quality Assurance
TQM and 6S management systems are also in placed. All toolings and parts produced at our facility are constantly monitored by our Quality Assurance team to meet your specifications including material, dimensional accuracy, surface-treatment finish, molding standard, inspection and packaging.
5>Lead time
A half of our 10 R&D members have over 20 years of experience in this industry. The largest mold of ours is 1.2m long, while the tolerance is controlled to 0.02mm to 0.05mm. Each month we release 20 new models. The product development lead time is 8 to 14 days for ordinary molds, and 20 days for T1 sample after tool drawing approved.
