The factory "Changzhou Fi-Protech Building Materials Co. Ltd. ", being owned by parent company Fi-Protech Holdings Ltd, has four automated production lines capable of producing 1, 000, 000m2 of vermiculite board under own brand name "Fi-Protech "per annum.
The company has an owner occupied modern and automated manufacturing plant in Changzhou City, Jiangsu province, Mainland China covering a land area in excess of 20, 000 square meters.
In exfoliating vermiculite ore, its volume will expand as many as 8-30 times the original size.

"Fi-Protech" boards are made from natural mineral called vermiculite. We exfoliated these vermiculite and mix with proprietary chemicals bonding. It then undergoes a heating and pressing process and our boards are formed.
Vermiculite, with various unique properties, has been used for a couple of decades in USA and Europe for fire protection and insulation.
Our proprietary technology allows us to produce boards with various thicknesses and densities. In view of non-combustible; Remarkably low thermal conductivity and fire-resistance up to 1, 200 degree Celsius. Thus, it is different classification form any Fire retardant products in the market.
Since "Fi-Protech"vermiculite boards have multi-functional advantages, they can be found in wide range of applications at any building; Airport; Railway station; Exhibition hall; Shopping mail; Karaoke lounge; Warehouse for flammable items; Construction on passenger liner and where that requires high standard of fire protection and excellent insulation.
