Guangdong weifeng engine parts co., ltd has started piston ring production since 1940s. It is the largest private-owned piston ring producer in china by 2001. Weifeng has 5 subsidiary companies and 1 laboratory covering 300, 000 square meters in guangdong and hunan province, which also includes 10 workshops, thousands of equipments. The capital is amounted to 160 million yuan, the annual production reaches hundreds of millions of pieces.

Products and production

Weifeng is capable to high standard product design and manufacturing, the chromium plating and ductile iron ring technology is in the leading position domestically, it also receives attentions from well-known racing car producers.
The ring diameter ranges from 20 to 800 mm, covering rectangle, keystone, barrel and other dozens of types of rings. The surface treatment includes chromium plating, tinning, phospating, mdg spraying, gas nitriding, oxidizing etc.

In particular, most piston ring factories make only one or two kind of structures of oil rings. Only weifeng is capable to produce all kinds of structures of high quality oil rings, namely, dsf, rik type oil ring, ypr type, u-flex oil ring (pc type, tp type, ae type) and steel oil ring. We provide full range of solutions which dramatically satisfy customer needs.
