With more than ten years' experience of sweater production, our company has exported products to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan. Now there are totally 560 workers, including 56 technical and management members in our company.
We have very complete production equipment, including 100PCS CMS520 and CMS530 computer control multi yarn carriers knitting machines from Germany for 2.0GG to 14.0GG applique, jacquard, and marl-yarn knitting, 120 sets wide 14GG knitting machines, 680 sets wide 12GG knitting machines, 80 sets wide 9GG knitting machines, 200 sets wide 7GG knitting machines, 180 sets wide 6GG knitting machines, 160 sets wide 5GG knitting machines, 120 sets wide 3GG knitting machines, 320 sets different kinds of imported sewing machines, over 100 sets of Japan-imported computer control button-hole locking machines, computer control button fastening machines, overlock machines and washing/pressing machines.
We can make many kinds of sweaters for different fibers, such as wool, cotton, silk, acrylic, viscose, rayon/nylon, viscose/spandex, rayon/cotton, viscose/cotton, silk/cotton, ramie/cotton, linen/cotton and viscose/cotton/spandex. Our production capacity can be 200, 000-250, 000PCS each month.
Our company focus on the principle of "efficiency first and quality supreme". Already past the ISO9001, All the garments must pass at least 4 times checking, including workshop self-checking, needle defects checking, final inspection and the ex-factory checking. Meanwhile, we have facility like needle detector and lights box for yarns. So far, we have already passed the factory evaluation of many authoritative institutions, such as H&M, Carrefour, INC, SGS, CMCC and CSCC.
In order to promote our service quality, we have set up the Sampling Dept. For years. Now we have 15 most experienced masters for knitting garments, and we can make counter samples easily. We can also make samples according to clients' drawings or size specifications. We have ability to complete OEM and ODM orders.
