We now have Beijing Branch Company and Dongguan Branch Company, since establishment we specialize in R&D Coating Materials, Evaporation boat, filament, Crucible, Liner, and Quartz Crystal etc.

Since 2001, we set out to put up our Sputter Targets Branch Company, after more than 10 years' development, we now have many advanced equipments such as HIP, CIP, Vacuum Induction Furnace, etc. And can make more than 100 kinds of sputter targets.

Since 1986: We have dedicate us into Evaporation Materials research and development, up to now, we have R&D more than 150 kinds materials such as SiO2, Ti3O5, ZrO2, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, MgF2, AlF3, PrF3, Zr-TiO2, Si-Al2O3, Cr-SiO, LaTiO3, LaAlO3, etc. Nearly including all Oxides, Fluorides, Sulfides, Mixtures.

We also design and make Evaporation boat, Crucible liner for our customer, Tantalum, Molybdenum, Tungsten, Copper, Graphite, etc.

Since 2001: Many years ago, we notice the sputtering/deposition technology will be new trend in future, so. From that time on, we set about to establish our Sputter Targets factory. At OPTOTEC sputter targets factory, you can see new equipments, machines renew year by year, it allow us to make big size sputter targets especially for the ITO, AZO, Ti-Al-Nb targets.
