Self Tuning Operation:
One of the key feature of A18 series is, by performing the Self Tuning, the PID parameters are set by the internal Fuzzy Logic computer. Therefore, user with little experiences in PID set up, can easily operate the A18 series, without any delay or problem.
The fuzzy logic computer is proven in many application's and able to determine the PIDwith just one Self Tuning process. The controller "learn" during the self tune process, its the characteristic of temperature rise and changes, and adjust the PID parameters automatically to ensure the temperature rise with minimum overshot at reasonable ramp up time.
INPUT
Input sensor type is Factory pre-set to match user requirement. It can also accept PT100 (DIN) sensor, current input or a voltage input.
OUTPUT
Control Output can be Heat or Cold control action. Factory will pre-set to customer requirement.
The Output Module can be replaced by qualified technician, that will not affect Controller setting. Factory will ship with module installed, options are:
Relay Contacts output, for ON-OFF control
DC Voltage output, for driving external Solid State Relay. Best for PID controls.
