Mold Designing

TRK places great emphasis on employee education and advanced training all the time. Especially, we cultivate our mold design engineers as our priority. Now we own an excellent mold designer team using the latest series of software system and we can provide our customers a thorough service.

We perform mold flow to verify gate location, wall thickness, part warpage, shrinkage and some potential issues before mold making. Moreover, we will make a DFM including all the issues and review it together with our customers. In the end, we also will provide our customers 3D drawing and 2D drawing for every component.

Mold Making

With well experienced engineering team, in-house trained tool makers and state-of-the-art machinery, we are confident to manufacture mold of high quality. We also perform rigorous inspection at the completion of every manufacturing process to ensure every component's quality.

Injection Molding

We have 60 sets injection molding machines ranging from 50T to 450T clamping force. We not only own single injection molding machines (50T~450T)but also own double-color injection molding machines(160T~360T). The brand of the machines, Sumitomo and HaiTian, are the first-rate machines from Japan and China and we also equipped a robot to every machine perfecting our molding workshop. Ages of hard work, we have trained our in house technicians and have full confidence to meet our clients' quality demand and lead time.

Product Finishing & Assembly

We are experienced in kinds of secondary operations processes like: Spray painting, Electroplating, Pad printing, Silk screening, Hot stamping, Laser engraving and Ultrasonic welding etc. All of these make we have confidence to realize clients' ideas and meet clients' demand. We have our own printing lines and painting lines as well as assembly lines. Combining our experiences and equipment, we can provide one-stop service to realize excellent idea to colorful products.
