Investment castings: Metal pipe castings, valve, pump, semifinished castings, architectural hardware, stainless steel, carbon steel and special alloy steel castings, etc.

Centrifugal castings: Straight tube, hearth roll, radiant tube, grinder roll, scaleboard of globe mill and duplex metal tube, etc.

Classified by types of steel:

Heat-resistant steel: Nozzle, sieve plate, stone holder, guide roll, band-let, fire-bar, slipper block for continuous annealing furnace and for billet heating furnace, fittings for heat treatment furnace, multifunctional inflamer and heat-resistant sieve plate, etc.

Wear-resistant steel: Y-type tube, square/round air door, helix tube, coal drop pipe, slag-off tube and hot air isolation valve, etc.

Minimum Parts weighing 6g.

Minimum size to 2cm.

Tolerances

± 1mm for centrifugal castings.

± 0.1mm per mini-meter or better for investment castings.

Capabilities

We have the capacity to handle both large and small volume runs. If needed, we also offer parts complete to print, including machining, heat treating, plating, anodizing, painting.
