Haiyun Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, which located in Shenzhen Special Economy District, Guangdong province, where the electronic technology is most prosperous in China. Haiyun is a professional manufacturer which collects developing, exploiting, manufacturing and selling voice coil, voice coil gauge and gap gauge. The company's building area amounts to 4000 square meter, with 32 product lines and 5 computer numerical control machine. It employs over 800 specialized workers and the company can produce over 50, 000, 000 voice coils per year.

We are one of the least commonly known coil winders that produces absolutely world-class high power flat wire coils for both woofers and compression drivers as well as the commodity round wire voice coils.

In order to satisfy the wide range requirements of our customer's designs, our research and development department have perfected coils using diverse former materials, including Aluminum, Kapton, Nomex, and Glass Fiber composite. Our magnet wire selection is comprehensive, including round and flat ribbon, with conductors of copper, copper-clad aluminum or pure aluminum wire. Various insulation coatings and outerbond coats are available. Winding can be one, two or multi-layers and coils can be single, double and multiple.
