The moulds that SZEPAK is good at manufacturing are between 0 mm-2000mm. We are mainly doing 5 types of moulds:
1 Auto products.
2 Home appliance: LCD & LED TV, air conditioner & washing machine.
3 Office appliances: Telephone, printer, copying machine and scanner
4 Telecommunication products: Telephone, laptop, interphone, earphone and microphone.
5 Digital products, notebook battery.
The main software we use for mould design: AUTO CAD, PRO/E, UG, SOLID WORKS.
Main Mould base and mould steel: LKM, FUTUBA, HASCO, DME, ASSSB, DAIDO, HUSKY
Good machine: CNC EDM, Charmilles, from Swiss. CNC wire cut machine, Sodick, from Japan YASDA, MAKINO & OKUMA.
We have 150 injection machines from 20 to 1300 Tonnage from Japan.
