Da Chang paper Products is one of the oldest printer specialized in paper products.

Our boss is named Mr. Gai Zhong-Yi, he and two other co-founders started a printing compnay named Zhong Chang in 1994. The compnay grew rapidly and they become one of the experienced printing company in Shen Zhen. But later in 2004, the other two founders decided to break away from Zhong Chang to found their own printing company. So Mr. Gai continued with his business in the original site and changed the name of the company to Da Chang Paper Products (Shen Zhen) Co. LTD.

Mr. Gai had over 30 years of experience in Printing/packing Industry. Although the break-away of the two other co-founders which resulted the reduced the numbers of the machines, the company continues to grow. Now Mr. Gai had hired Mr. Qu Shu-Lin to work as CEO. Mr Qu had worked in Leo Paper for 3 years in the department of TMD (Technology & Material Development). He specialized in the technology of Foil Stamping, Flocking and other novelty technology. After the joining of Mr. Qu, the copmany is undergoing the youngerizing reform. The aim is to improve the efficiency and then reduce the production cost.

Da Chang orginal dealt with only domestic business. Basically, the business divided into two branch, one is the packing business which mainly doing the packing like wine box, the other one is doing the manufacturing for big Printing compnay like Lee Fung, this including the printing & binding of all kinds of books, as well as boxes. Now the company is going to develop the overseas business and I'm working as marketing manager.
