Our factory -Shenyang Luotuoke Control Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Was established in 2007, located in Shenyang Free Trade Zone, Liaoning Province, with a registered capital of 110 million RMB. It covers an area of 9, 000 square meters, including a building area of 8, 500 square meters. It has teams specialized in scientific research and development, manufacturing, inspection and testing, quality assurance, etc.

Our factory boasts rich experience in developing large-diameter valves and high-temperature/high-pressure valves. It specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, inspection, and testing of manual, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic (electro-hydraulic), gas-hydraulic (gas-hydraulic ) high and medium-pressure gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, plug valves, special valves, and heat exchange equipment. It can design and produce valves according to standards like GB, SH, HG, ASME/ANSI, MSS, JIS, DIN, BS, ISO, as well as technical data or drawings provided by customers. The product specifications include:

• Pressure range: PN0.6MPa - 32MPa and 150LB - 3500LB;

• Nominal diameter: 50mm - 4000mm and 2″ - 48″ ;

• Working temperature: -196º C - 860º C.

Products are mainly applied in power plants, petrochemical, heating, water supply, mining, steel plants, and other fields.

Manufacturing & Testing Capabilities:

Our factory has equipped with over 80 sets of large-scale equipment, such as CNC vertical lathes, CNC horizontal lathes, boring and milling machining centers, welding and heat treatment equipment, ultrasonic cleaning machines, etc., to meet the production needs of key projects and high-end products.

Our factory possesses 29 sets of testing equipment, including spark direct-reading spectrometers, digital hydraulic universal material testing machines, impact testing machines, hardness testers, thickness gauges, ultrasonic flaw detectors, multi-purpose magnetic particle flaw detectors, and hydraulic valve testing machines, ensuring comprehensive quality control.

Our factory has obtained ISO9001: 2015 Quality Management, ISO45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management, and ISO14001: 2015 Environmental Management system certifications. It holds the Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Pressure Pipeline Components Class A) of the People's Republic of China, multiple invention patents, and has become a qualified supplier of CNNC, a strategic supplier of Harbin Turbine Company Limited, and a qualified supplier of Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd.
